Construction works are now complete at the cutting-edge development at Milton Park, delivering an 80,000 sq. ft. flexible workspace for science, technology, and advanced engineering companies.

Sustainability was a key focus throughout the project, with the impressive glulam frames showcasing both scale and environmental responsibility. We also partnered with RAW Workshop, a social enterprise supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, addiction, and homelessness through education programmes, donating our surplus wood to aid their initiatives.
