Building Block Two, Dines Green – Worcester

We’re excited to announce the completion of Building Block Two in Dines Green for Worcester City Council!

The project, part of the Worcester Town Investment Plan, is funded by the Government following a successful bid by Worcester City Council. Located next to the existing Green Hub community centre, run by Worcester Community Trust, this 335sqm facility features a spacious workshop, a classroom area, a storeroom, and essential facilities.

It will be used as a construction skills centre, providing hands-on training in carpentry, plumbing and electrical work – something we’re especially proud to support given our own expertise in the industry!

The construction phase included steel frame erection, metal profile cladding, a roof with skylights and windows, and a variety of internal finishes.
