These buildings embraced the latest technology, are very environmentally friendly and have achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM environmental accreditation.

The build project encompassed two 27,500 square foot office buildings comprising reinforced concrete frame super structure with Schüco curtain walling and CAT A Fit Out. The contract also included an adjacent deck car park.

By successfully working with our supply chain partners, Barnwood delivered these buildings within the stringent cost parameters required and to the high standards of quality required by MEPC.
