Air Tanker Offices, Carterton

This project involved the construction of a three-storey office building alongside a two-storey car park.

Both structures were built using steel frames with pre-cast concrete planks and stair cores. The office building featured an external envelope finished with composite cladding panels, part glazing, and a metal roof.

Internal works included the installation of raised access flooring, suspended ceilings, full mechanical and electrical services, and complete internal decorations throughout.
