Building EZ1 – Adaptimmune, Milton Park

Delivered over a 28-week programme in collaboration with MEPC, Nicholas Hare Architects LLP, and Glanville Consultants Ltd, this project involved the construction of high-quality, pre-let office space at Milton Park, totalling 57,500 sq. ft (GIFA), including a partial CAT A fit-out.

Procured as a shell-only contract, the scheme featured a striking glazed atrium roof, fully fitted core areas, and a completed main entrance, with the tenant undertaking the subsequent CAT B fit-out.
