CABI, Wallingford

Barnwood’s development of a new ‘state of the art’ office facility located in Wallingford, with extraordinary features throughout, has demonstrated how new buildings can meet the modern demands for workspace, whilst still supporting a sustainable environment.

The vision and leadership from CABI, supported by the rest of the team, allowed the project to be a big success. Despite many challenges, we are very pleased to have been part of the accomplishment of such a first-class building.

CABI has been awarded as the ‘Building Project of the Year under £10 million’ for the Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards 2021 and awarded ‘Best Project of the Year’ for the UK Property Forums OxPropFest Awards 2021.
