A new 82 bedroom care home for Care UK one of the UK’s leading providers of health and social care services.

The three storey building provides 82 en-suite bedrooms together with day lounges, TV and cinema rooms, kitchen and dining facilities etc.

Working with the Design Team, Barnwood managed to incorporate a third floor of accommodation within the planning constraints.

This was achieved by using a specially designed steel frame and roof decking solution.
Consequently 20 additional bedrooms with associated ancillary rooms were included within the scheme.
