Davy Way, Gloucester

Barnwood completed the successful refurbishment of an existing office building for Gloucestershire Constabulary at Davy Way, Gloucester.

The works comprised a complete strip-out to taking the building back to shell conditions. We then proceeded to fit-out the 25,000sq.ft. office block with mechanical, electrical and data installation in conjunction with new partitions and re-use of existing to re-model the internal office space, creating the necessary departmental locations for the Constabulary, close collaboration was required with the clients, direct suppliers and furniture delivery to ensure the programme time-scales were achieved.

The project was delivered on time and whilst working closely with the clients team, value engineering alterations and adapting the existing works to ensure the project came within budget.
