Dreams – Penarth Road, Cardiff

The project consisted of part demolition and reconstruction of a retail bed store within the combined showroom and warehouse/distribution centre building.

An extension to the front part of the existing showroom was completed, providing additional floor space. The works also included minor alterations to the existing underground drainage, new heating, cooling and ventilation within the showroom, and an upgrade to the existing welfare facilities.

The project was completed on time and to the clients’ expectations.
