Festival Trade Park, Cheltenham

Barnwood successfully completed our second scheme for Chancerygate at Festival Trade Park in Cheltenham.

The scheme consisted of a total of 14no warehouse/trade units – 9no trade units and 5no warehouse/distribution units, ranging from 4,000 sq/ft to 20,000 sq/ft, including first floor office accommodation.

The works included a trapezoidal profile composite cladding panel system, aluminium framed entrance doors and windows with large overhead sectional doors providing vehicular access. . The interior works comprised of white composite partition walls, concrete floors, suspended ceilings and fully fitted out toilet facilities and cores.

External works included the construction of a new drainage system, incoming services, external lighting, concrete service yards, and hard standing car park areas with soft landscaping.

We worked closely with the client to ensure the project was completed on time and to their requirements.
