Fred Perry, Bristol

Barnwood are proud to have been awarded our first fit-out for the quintessential Fred Perry brand in a prominent Bristol location. The new Fred Perry store is situated in the hip and lively area of Park Street close to the city centre, Bristol downs, Bristol zoo and vibrant college quarter.

Although the existing building had also previously been used for retail, it is a classic grade 2 listed building which was formerly residential, then transformed for shopping. Dating back in to the late 1800’s with prominent period features such as a high-quality bronzed shopfront, internal original brickwork, ironwork, feature fireplaces & original joinery.

These existing features where accentuated with a modern, urban feel by using a new epoxy resin floor laid over a large section of the sales floor. Also keeping in sections the remaining oak flooring and carefully replacing and restoring as required.

All works carried out to a fast-track programme duration of 2 weeks whilst still ensuring high quality finishes that the client required.
