Barnwood Construction were appointed main contractors to undertake the Design & Build contract of 11 Warehouse/Industrial units, in 4 blocks with a combined area of 95,000sq.ft for our clients Chancerygate Properties Limited.

Chancerygate employed the latest environmentally friendly technologies to reduce the costs of occupation, with an aim to ensure a minimum 6% decreased in C02 emissions over 2013 Building Regulations, the green initiatives within the design included low air permeability design, electric vehicle charging points, 15% warehouse roof lights increasing natural lighting, high performance insulated cladding and roof materials together with secure cycle parking.
