Hanover Housing, Chippenham

Barnwood were employed to complete the Office fit out for Hanover Housing Association, a leading provider of affordable homes and related services designed for the elderly.

The project comprised strip out works, over two floors, with the creation of new structural openings and incorporation of new party walls/partitions and full height glazed partitions to produce soundproof rooms. There were also M&E and drainage works undertaken together with the fit out of WC areas.

Our own Joinery Workshop capability was utilised to manufacture the bespoke kitchen and joinery items used throughout the project to match the existing units.

By re-organising our programme and collaborative working with the subcontractors, we overcame challenges faced with the late arrival of the generator by rescheduling cabling works ahead of delivery to ensure a rapid installation.

We worked with the Architects and Employers Agents to create the client’s vision on time and to budget.
