Honeybourne Place, Cheltenham

The project comprises the redevelopment of a site in the centre of Cheltenham for the construction of a new Grade A six storey office development. The GIFA approximately 80,000 sq.ft. and NIA 64,200 sq.ft.

The building is serviced by a central core; facing an atrium lobby at ground and 1st floor level with views out onto a pedestrian piazza. Two satellite cores at either end of the building also provide access to the open plan offices maintaining layout flexibility. The 5th floor level is set back from the building outer face and creates a terraced area for tenants to lookout from while the 6th floor houses the buildings
rooftop plant room.

The external works comprise a new car parking area with 71 parking spaces including disabled, visitor, motorbike and cycle spaces in a secure enclosure together with landscaping works including enhancements to a public plaza outside the Waitrose store.
