Indurent Park Access 18 – Avonmouth

We are pleased to confirm the successful completion of another project for our Construction division, delivering a 215,000 sq ft warehouse and office development for Indurent Park, Access 18 in Avonmouth. The scheme was completed to a high standard and handed over on programme within a 44-week construction period.

The development includes a warehouse with integrated office accommodation, comprising 23 dock levellers, 37 trailer bays and 192 car parking spaces, alongside EV charging, PV provision and FWPs. The works also involved extensive ground improvement, piled foundations and slab construction, together with associated culverted highway access works, yards, and soft and hard landscaping.
