Lock Warehouse, Gloucester

Refurbishment and conversion of a warehouse into 26 apartments. The warehouse was originally constructed in the 1800s and had more recently been used as an Antiques Centre.

The refurbishment of this listed building was extensive and included re-pointing stone repairs and replacement windows. The roof was replaced in its entirety.

The scheme produced 26 desirable apartments in Gloucester’s historic docks.
