Oxford Science Park

Barnwood are very proud of this prestigious 4 storey office building in Oxford Science Park. We achieved full integration of the concept design into the finished building through meticulous planning and design co-ordination.

All floors have clear spans of 15m and ceiling heights of 2.8m, each wing has an individual plant rooms to allow total flexibility of M&E services for multi-lets within the 61,491sq.ft. Building. A large overhanging canopy on the front elevation runs through a 3 storey high atrium and external façades include a mix of glazing and cladding with Brise Soleil on East and West elevations.

The project also included extensive hard and soft landscaping including a new tree lined promenade along the Northern elevation and a 95m long granite bench with LED lighting which now provides a focal seating area for this part section of the Science Park.
