Pizza Express – Cheltenham Brewery Quarter

Barnwood are proud to have completed their eighth Pizza Express restaurant within the space of just over 12 months. From the strip-out of an existing unit to a fully functional retail fit-out, delivered to a tight budget and aggressive programme deadlines to enable Pizza Express to open prior to Christmas 2022.

Barnwood supplied the full joinery fit out including – main pizzaiola cooking and prep counter, main bar, feature wall panelling, oak feature hanging bulkheads, concierge station and new concept Deliveroo counters.

The refurbishment benefited from new entrance doors, a Deliveroo external hatch, external staff service doors, and a new raised external eating area. A detailed signage/graphics package was used to meet Pizza Express’s new brand theme.

Internal works were completed to a high standard with new feature ceilings, vinyl and tiled floors, feature wall tiling to the bar front, extract hood and customer toilets. The walls were blended with antique brass mirrors and brick slip detailing.

This Cheltenham restaurant strengthens our continued relationship with Pizza Express as we move into 2023 as we have been awarded our next location starting in February.
