Sandford Park House – Cheltenham

Another great project completed by our General Works team; Sandford Park House in Cheltenham. Converting a Regency Grade II listed building into eight luxury apartments over four floors. 

Our team worked hard over a 48 week programme to provide extensive external works on the two lower ground floors and remodelling of all levels. A single storey extension was also constructed to the rear of the building. 

It’s wonderful to see the restoration of a listed building in a prominent area of Cheltenham, bringing to life it’s historic features!
