Sartorius Stem Lab, Gloucester

This purpose built production unit for Sartorius Stem Lab, a leading manufacturer of specialist medical and forensic science, involved the design and installation of a two storey 47,000sq.ft. steel frame and clad facility comprising Clean Room Environments as well as complex M&E to achieve the necessary temperature control for the Injection Mould Production Area in addition to the usual requirements of a modern commercial building, which included offices and warehousing.

External works comprised car parking with SuDS attenuation, large external plant areas and a concrete service yard.
