Silverstone Park, Towcester – Phase 3

Barnwood’s Construction division have recently completed Phase 3 of the Silverstone Park Development which consisted of 4 self-contained units with a total GIA of 265,000 sq ft together with associated external hard and soft landscaping.

The buildings varied in size from 28,500 sq ft to 97,956 sq ft and were of steel frame construction with composite cladding elevations, glazed entrance areas, and roller shutter door access to the rear elevations.

Site wide externals included dedicated parking located adjacent to the main entrance, service yards to the rear elevations, a new spine road, retaining walls, a bridge over an existing water course, site wide soft landscaping and the provision of all incoming services.

Site wide drainage included the formation of swales and attenuation ponds.

The buildings achieved an ‘A’ rated Energy Performance Certification.
