Tewkesbury School, Tewkesbury

The project comprised the refurbishment and extension to the existing DT block including window replacement new roof covering / rooflights and internal fit out and refurbishment. The programme was managed very smoothly, and we were able to incorporate a number of changes into the scheme without impacting in the completion date.

As a result of our ongoing risk assessment process the key issue identified was the Interface between the working area and operational areas, and the potential impact this could have had on the Health and Safety of those involved. The principal consideration working in this live environment was therefore to ensure the separation of the construction works and the school’s operations at all times.

The project was completed within the timescales and within the budget, and we formed an excellent relationship with the school and the local authority who were delighted by the end product.
