Thamesview, Schlumberger, Milton Park

This design and build project delivered a three-storey office building with associated parking facilities, totalling 55,000 sq. ft (GIFA).

Constructed using a reinforced concrete frame on piled foundations, the building features part-clad, part-glazed external elevations. Internally, it was completed to a detailed interior fit-out specification, incorporating a highly cellular Category B layout.

Delivered as a turnkey solution, the project enabled the tenant to move in immediately upon completion. Key features included a £1m dedicated server room, a 200-cover restaurant, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen.

Initially achieving a BREEAM “Very Good” rating, the project team collaborated closely to successfully enhance the performance to a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
