The Hides, Harwell Science & Innovation Campus – Didcot

Barnwood are proud to have completed the construction of 3 timber pod-like units for our client, Harwell Science & Innovation Campus. These Hides were constructed with many differing angles to all wall and roof junctions along with huge amounts of different timber detailing to the frame, interiors, and external cladding.

One unit consists of a kitchen and WC, another an open-plan meeting room, and the third being an administrative working area for multiple users. The pods are in the peaceful campus landscape and overlook the existing lagoon.

We worked closely with the client to ensure the project was completed to a high-quality and met their requirements.
