Trident Business Park, Didcot

Located within a busy mixed-use area comprising offices, storage, and industrial facilities just off the A4130, this project involved the development of a modern industrial terrace and a standalone commercial unit on a constrained site.

The scheme comprised five individual units arranged in a single terrace to the rear of the site, alongside a new detached unit positioned at the front. The project was delivered on time and within budget, much to the satisfaction of the client and future occupiers. The units are now successfully tenanted, with brands such as Toolstation, Topps Tiles, and Signs Express already operating on site – further evidence of the scheme’s commercial appeal and strategic location.
