University of Gloucester – Design Centre, Gloucester

The project included the internal alterations to form a new Fashion, Advertising and Graphics facility.

A new Façade was constructed around the building, with roof areas created to support extensive new building services plant to serve the new facility. To mitigate disruption to the campus we were required to work around the curriculum resulting in a fast track programme period.

Quality was a key criterion for the University of Gloucestershire and we were able to reassure them and deliver the quality required by operating our robust management systems. Completion was achieved in time for the new academic year to the great satisfaction of our customer.
