University of Surrey – Block H

A new 200 bed, student accommodation block built on the existing Manor Park site at the University of Surrey.

The accommodation is split over 4 blocks with a mixture of 6 and 8 bedroom flats, each with individual en-suite bathrooms and shared communal space.

A tradition load bearing masonry construction finished with a mixture of facing brick, render and Cedar cladding. All rooms were finished to a high standard with fully fitted fixed furnishings ready for use with individual bathroom pods installed to each room.

The shared communal space in each of the 32 flats incorporated a kitchen equipped with all the domestic appliances required together with a seating area.
